Please use your personal email when making the purchase so you can still get your product key after you graduate.

What OS and file formats are supported?: Writer can only open and save files in plain text (.txt). Once your draft is saved, you can open the text file in your favourite text editor to finish off the formatting.
I bought the pro version. Where are my features?: The pro features are available once you start a writing session. You'll be able to click a little arrow in the bottom left corner of the screen which will reveal a list of options.
What do the 'productivity hack' features include?: These features include enabling or disabling: copy and paste, text selection, the backspace key, the delete key and the arrow keys. You'll also get the coffee shop and rain sound effects and some theming options.
Can't I just <insert key combination> out of Writer?: No.
Does "asdf asdf asdf" count as 3 words?: Congratulations. You figured it out :)
What are the system requirements?: At least Windows 7 or macOS 10.12 and later.

Can you take phone calls or screenshare?: Unfortunately, no. I'm a one man show and just don't have the resources to offer that level of support.
Do you have a Linux, Android or iOS version?: Linux, Android, iOS or other operating systems like ChromeOS are not supported. Limitations in certain operating systems prevent apps like Writer from being developed on those platforms.
