When do you collect my data?
We collect anonymized information when you visit our website using self-hosted analytics software called Matomo. We only use Cookies for storing your preferences and session data. We use Paddle as our merchant of record. Additional data may be collected to process transactions. When you activate our software, we will collect the product key and how often it's been used. When a webpage is blocked, you will be redirected to webpage hosted by us.
What data do we collect?
When you visit our website, we collect an anonymized version of your IP address (X.X.0.0), referer, OS, screen resolution, browser type, browser version, clicks, page visits on our website, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. This data is self-hosted and not shared with third-parties. The data is only used to help monitor our service. If you decide to purchase our software or subscribe to product updates, we may collect and store your email address, name and other billing information on our servers so that you can access your product key, download links or receive product update emails.
What data do you share?
When purchasing our software, Paddle acts as our merchant of record. They may collect your IP, name, email and billing information to facilitate financial transactions with the payment method of your choice and to distribute product keys. Paddle's privacy policy can be found here. Product update emails are also done using self-hosted email marketing software and are sent through Amazon SES.
Do you collect or share any other data?
No. We won't ever collect or share your statistics, settings and configurations made with our software. Aside from the aforementioned services, we don't share your data with any other third party.
How can I delete my data?
Please contact us with your name, email, purchase number or product key. Please note, the only personal data we collect are your purchase details, including your product key. This means you will no longer be able to retrieve your product key.
Where is my data stored?
Our company is located in Canada. GreenGeeks, our web hosting service, is based in the United States. Paddle, our merchant of record, is located in the United Kingdom.

Our Software may use user generated data or settings within the software (including block lists, schedules and other settings), but this data will NOT be shared with us or other third parties. Statistics and other data generated by our Software is also NOT collected or shared with third parties.

  • Matomo

    Matomo is an open source web analytics service that is used locally on this server. Matomo is configured to anonymise the last 2 octets of IP addresses and will retain logs for no more than 180 days.

Payment Gateway

We may use third-party Service Providers to process transactions required to purchase licenses of our Software.

  • Paddle

    Paddle acts as a merchant of record for our business. Payments completed via Paddle fall under their privacy policy which can be found here.

"Do Not Track" Signals

Our Service and our analytics Service Provider ("Matomo") are configured to support Do Not Track ("DNT"). Our third-party Serive Provider, Paddle, may not support DNT. Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked.

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.
