Matomo is an open source web analytics service that is used locally on this server. Matomo is configured to anonymise the last 2 octets of IP addresses and will retain logs for no more than 180 days.
We may use third-party Service Providers to process transactions required to purchase licenses of our Software.
Paddle
Paddle acts as a merchant of record for our business. Payments completed via Paddle fall under their privacy policy which can be found here.
Our Service and our analytics Service Provider ("Matomo") are configured to support Do Not Track ("DNT"). Our third-party Serive Provider, Paddle, may not support DNT. Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked.
